  • Do you provide product samples?
    No, as much as we want to provide samples, we do not encourage loose items in our inventory. You may purchase a minimum order to get a sample or visit our office to see the actual items so you can further assess the sizes and texture of our products. We accept walk-ins or by appointment (Saturdays with high volume of customers). Please contact our Sales team for appointment and assistance.
  • How do I order products not listed in your catalog?
    We find ways in packaging solutions tailored to your needs. If you require a product not listed in our catalog, please email sales@greatchoicefoodpackaging.com with your product specifications and descriptions (a sample would be beneficial). Such requests are considered special orders, which may have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) and a lead time. Once the order is finalized, a down payment is required, and the order will be subject to a "no cancellation policy", unless our inventory is unable to fulfill the order.   • I am from the province—how will I receive my order?
    We offer nationwide coverage. If you're located outside Metro Manila or in the provinces, you may schedule shipping with your preferred cargo or courier service. This allows you to track your shipment and coordinate based on courier availability in your area. Our Sales Team is happy to provide recommendations, but we encourage you to book with the shipping company that best suits your needs.
  • What are your opening hours for pick-up or visits?
    We are open for pick-up and walk-in visits during our regular business hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, we have cut-off/breaktime time at 11:45 am, lunch break 12:00 - 1:00 pm and 4:45 pm. Reminders: Please ensure you have received the final confirmation notice indicating that your order is ready for pick-up. Be ready with your order number or copy of your final confirmation email upon pick-up. Saturdays are typically busy, with a higher volume of customers. Check the appropriate vehicle type based on the volume, weight, and dimensions of the ordered items. Kindly coordinate with the Sales team for assistance. Customers who prefer pick-up through a courier (Lalamove/ Grab/others) - please coordinate with Sales team before scheduling to ensure a smooth transaction. Check items before leaving the premises.
  • How long do you hold orders for pick-up?
    Once we’ve sent a confirmation notice, your order will remain in the preparation area for up to three (3) days. Starting on the fourth day, a minimal daily storage fee will apply. Our team will make an effort to send reminders before unclaimed items are returned to our inventory, in line with our First In, First Out (FIFO) policy and to make room for incoming orders. If the order is cancelled, cancellation policy may apply. Any applicable refund will be handled directly by our Accounting Department.
  • When can I expect my order to be available?
    After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Our Sales Team will then review the details and get in touch with you to clarify any concerns and provide updates on your order status. Order availability depends on volume, stock levels, and fulfillment of down payment for stock allocation. If certain items are currently unavailable, you may choose to wait for restocking schedule or proceed with the available items.
  • How do I get a refund?
    After verification of your transaction concern, the refund policies applies as stipulated in our terms and conditions.  Any refund due will be processed accordingly by our Accounting Department. You may email accounting@greatchoicefoodpackaging.com or through our customer support page or use our chat box with your order number and customer name.
  • What is your return policy?
    Any order concerns must be reported within 24 hours of release so we can promptly assess and take appropriate action the soonest possible time. Return of items are accepted within 7 days subject for inspection, must be in original packaging and in good condition, applicable within Metro Manila. For orders shipped to provincial areas, any concern must be reported upon receipt and returns must be within 10 days or as otherwise arranged. To request a return or replacement, contact us through our customer support page , social media channel or use our chat box with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the item /packaging. Once verified, our team will coordinate for the resolution process.

    A minimal cancellation fee applies to all processed orders. Since we allocate stock immediately upon order placement, cancellations impact inventory availability. Orders follow a first-in, first-out policy to ensure fairness. Please review our terms and conditions before placing an order.
