Terms & Conditions

Please read the terms and conditions carefully:

1. General

​These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and any orders placed for our food packaging products. By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Product Information

All product descriptions, images, specifications, and prices are subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product details are error-free.

3. Orders

Each item has minimum order required (MOQ) and  are subject to stock availability.  We reserve the right to limit quantities for proper allocation or discontinue products as needed.

 

Orders are accepted 24/7 through our website. However, orders placed after 5:00 PM will be reviewed by our Sales Team on the next working day.

 

Additional / Rush orders are not guaranteed, we may reject rush orders upon pick-up depending on the number of items and situation.

 

Special orders are dealt carefully, this  cannot be cancelled once  order is placed.   Payment is refundable only if the item is out of stock and  if you choose not to wait for its availability.

 

Customized printing orders cannot be cancelled once the purchase order has been placed and the details have been finalized with our team.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in Philippine Peso and exclusive of VAT.  We reserve the right to adjust prices as the need arise.

To proceed with the order, we require 50% downpayment for stocks allocation and initial logistics.  Our Sales team will closely coordinate with you upon receiving the order and terms of payment.

Accepted payment methods are cash, bank transfers (PSBank, Banco De Oro (BDO) Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and e-wallets (GCash and Paymaya).  Applicable bank/transfer fees from third-party payment providers shall be the responsibility of the paying customer.

5. Returns, Cancellations and  Refunds

Any order concerns must be reported within 24 hours of release so  we can promptly assess and take appropriate action the soonest possible time. . Customers are required to inspect their orders before leaving the releasing area or upon receiving from courier. This precaution helps minimize issues related to damaged goods and other concerns.  Risk of loss/damage upon transfer of products to your address are not  responsibility of the company.  For order and other concerns, we will conduct a thorough review to ensure a fair resolution.

Returns:

Return of items  are accepted within 7 days subject for inspection, must be in  original packaging and in good condition, applicable within Metro Manila.  For orders shipped to provincial areas, returns are accepted within 10 days or as otherwise arranged.

Cancellations:

A minimal cancellation fee applies to each processed order. This helps cover for logistics and inconvenience caused by reserving the stocks that could have been available to other customers.  Any applicable refunds will be issued following verification by our Accounting team.

Custom or special orders are non-cancellable once the purchase order has been placed.

​

Refunds:

For amounts less than Php 1,000.00, if items are released directly to the customer upon pick-up, refunds may be issued in cash on the spot.

For transactions fulfilled via courier, refunds will be processed through online transfer within 1–2 business days following Accounting verification using the customer’s preferred online method.

6. Intellectual Property 

All company logos, and exclusive brand concepts remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Privacy Policy 

Creating an account is optional, but it offers added convenience such as faster checkout and order tracking. If you choose to register, we may collect basic personal data (e.g., name, email, contact number).  You may access, update, or delete your information at any time.   We value your privacy and only collect the information needed to serve you better.

8. Communications and Customer Support  

We expect respectful and professional communication toward our team members. Verbal abuse or any form of mistreatment will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
