Read the Terms and Conditions of Great Choice Food Packaging to understand our policies, user guidelines, and legal agreements for using our products and services. These standards ensure our highly organized neighborhood network remains the Gold Standard for food packaging in the Philippines.

1. General

By accessing the Great Choice Food Packaging website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These policies govern our professional relationship and ensure the reliability of our highly organized neighborhood network.

Product & Inventory Standards

  • Accuracy: We strive for precision in all descriptions, images, and prices; however, these are subject to change without notice to reflect current market data.

  • Availability: All items are subject to stock availability and Minimum Order Requirements (MOQ).

  • Allocation: We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products to ensure fair allocation across our ecosystem.

3. Orders

  • 24/7 Intake: Orders are accepted anytime via our website.

  • Review Window: Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be reviewed by our Sales Team the following business day at 10:00 AM.

  • Rush & Add-ons: Additional or rush orders are not guaranteed and may be declined at the point of pick-up depending on current operational volume.

  • Special & Custom Orders: Customized printing or special-order items cannot be canceled once the purchase order is finalized. Refunds for these items are only issued if the item is out of stock and you choose not to wait for replenishment.

4. Pricing and Strategic Secured Payment

  • Currency: All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and exclusive of VAT.

  • Allocation Deposit: A 50% downpayment is required to secure stock allocation and initiate logistics.

  • Payment Channels: We accept Cash, Bank Transfer (PSBank, BDO, BPI), and E-Wallets (GCash, Paymaya).

  • Transaction Fees: Any third-party transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Cancellations and  Refunds

  • The 24-Hour Rule: Any order concerns must be reported within 24 hours of release for prompt assessment.

  • Mandatory Inspection: Customers must inspect all items before leaving the premises or upon courier receipt. Great Choice is not responsible for damage occurring during third-party transit to your address.

  • Return Windows: Returns are accepted within 7 days (Metro Manila) or 10 days (Provincial), provided items are in original, mint condition.

  • Cancellation Fees: Processed orders incur a minimal cancellation fee to cover logistics and the cost of reserved inventory.

  • Refund Processing: * Under ₱1,000: Cash refunds may be issued on the spot for in-person pick-ups.

    • Digital Transfers: Online refunds are processed within 1–2 business days following Accounting verification.

6. Intellectual Property 

All company logos, and exclusive brand concepts remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Privacy Policy 

Creating an account is optional, but it offers added convenience such as faster checkout and order tracking. If you choose to register, we may collect basic personal data (e.g., name, email, contact number).  You may access, update, or delete your information at any time.   We value your privacy and only collect the information needed to serve you better. We do not sell your data to any third party aggregators.

8. Communications and Customer Support  

We expect respectful and professional communication toward our team members. Verbal abuse or any form of mistreatment will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
